Andrew Pritchert

Curriculum Architect & Recovery Strategist

Andrew Pritchert is a curriculum architect, group facilitator, and manuscript author who refuses

to compromise on truth, accountability, and transformation. He designs emotionally rigorous,

operational curriculum for recovery, personal development and faith-based education, built on

his core values of kindness, humility, love, and forgiveness.

Raised in a broken home where his father was absent, Andrew witnessed the profound difference

a man’s presence can make when his stepfather entered the picture. That experience forged his

conviction: responsibility and direction are not optional — they are essential.

Andrew’s journey also includes the hard realities of addiction and incarceration. As a result of

his addiction lifestyle, he spent time in prison — an experience that became a turning point.

Within those walls, he discovered the benefit of structure and discipline, and it transformed him

into the man he is today. Having achieved long-term sobriety, Andrew is now fully dedicated to

being a father and husband, living with purpose and direction while modeling integrity for his

family.

Andrew has personally taught his curriculum to thousands of people, proving its impact and

longevity. His vision is bold: to ignite a new movement in addiction therapy by blending

modalities into rooted practice curriculum, implemented across institutions nationwide. His

ultimate goal is to reach one million lives, leaving a legacy of transformation that cannot be

ignored.

Known for his metaphor-driven modules, Andrew connects historical philosophies and parables

to psychological resources, operationalizing them into practical tools for empowerment. His

facilitation style is direct and story-driven, confronting illusions, rejecting excuses, and

demanding ownership. Whether in group settings or individual practice, his work challenges

comfort and empowers autonomy.

A lifelong athlete, Andrew carries the discipline of sports and competition into his daily life,

competing only with the man he was yesterday. Grounded in ethical codes and reflective

practice, he is prepared and determined to unify historical metaphor, psychological insight, and

practical group facilitation into a curriculum that endures.
